By June 30, Sigma Chi’s House Corporations and undergraduate chapters must respond to the Risk Management Foundation (RMF)’s Total Insured Value (TIV) worksheets.
TIV worksheets were originally distributed to chapters in May, and must be completed in order to qualify chapters to be eligible to receive the blanket limits of the RMF’s property program. Chapters that fail to do so are limited to coverage under the stated insurance value of their property.
