The Sigma Chi Foundation has designated 74 chapters as Thomas Cowan Bell Chapters for the 2016 to 2017 school year, affording them at least an additional three Balfour Leadership Training Workshop (LTW) attendees, a $250 Balfour LTW travel stipend, one $1,000 scholarship, one guaranteed Huntsman Horizons Leadership Summit attendee, and more. The full list of Bell Chapters is available on the Foundation’s website.
Undergraduate chapters can secure Thomas Cowan Bell Chapter status in a variety of ways: To become a blue-level Bell Chapter, alumni must collectively donate at least $10,000 per year to the Foundation in the chapter’s name, or create a $250,000 endowment; alternatively, gold-level Bell Chapters must direct at least $20,000 per year to the Foundation, or establish a $500,000 endowment.
For a full list of benefits that accompany both statuses, visit the Thomas Cowan Bell Chapter web page or contact Matt Pagan, NORTH FLORIDA 2010, associate director of development at the Sigma Chi Foundation, at (847) 869-3655, ext. 208.
