The position’s prior occupant, Sam Smith, DENVER 2009, will be moving on to other endeavors in his career. “Working at Headquarters has been an incredible journey, and it’s very bittersweet to leave,” Smith says. “The best part of working at Headquarters is the staff. I love my teammates, and I’ll miss working with them more than anything else. I’m excited about the next steps I’ll be taking, but I know Sigma Chi will continue to play a huge role in who I am.”
Operations Manager Mike Church, ILLINOIS 2005, and the rest of the Headquarters staff in Evanston, Ill., hate to lose a valuable resource like Smith, but hope for good things in his future. “We thank Sam for his hard work here on staff, and we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors,” Church says.
