It’s that time of year to nominate worthy brothers for the Fraternity’s Significant Sig Award! From business leaders and executives, to armed forces heroes and experts in the field of medicine, to fame-worthy actors and athletes, since 1935, Sigma Chi has honored its members with the Significant Sig Award for impressive professional achievements that have brought honor and prestige to the Fraternity.
Do you know of a brother who deserves recognition for outstanding career achievements in 2013? If so, please consider nominating him for this honor. Living alumni in any profession, occupation or service work are eligible for nomination.
To nominate a brother, click https://sigmachi.org/files/Significant_Sig_Nomination.pdf for the official nomination form, which is due Nov. 15, 2012. Completed nominations should be mailed to 1714 Hinman Ave., Evanston, IL, 60201; or sent to awards@sigmachi.org.
In 2012, 49 distinguished alumni were named Significant Sigs, including 12 brothers who were recognized with the presentation of their awards at the Cleveland Grand Council from June 29–30, 2012.
