Undergraduates and alumni advisors can request assistance in the form of visits from the Fraternity's International Headquarters chapter support team members for the purposes of improving chapter operations. Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the chapter support team members will work alongside chapters to schedule visits at times that work for both parties.

The types of visits the chapter support team offers are varied in order to provide targeted assistance that gets to the heart of problems a chapter might experience. In particular, chapters can request visits that focus on: General consultation, to better chapter operations and correct internal issues; recruitment, to help chapters bring in value-based members; Ritualistic comprehension and performance, to provide feedback on areas of success and potential for improvement; transitioning officers, to help create plans for engineering a seamless transfer from one officer corps to another; and implementation of the various Journey chapter development programs, such as Strategic Visioning or Recruiting the Standard.

Perhaps most importantly, chapter visits that are requested proactively by chapters in good standing are administered free of charge to the chapter, provided Headquarters’ ability to make the necessary resources available. Conversely, undergraduate chapters that the Chapter and Member Accountability Committee (CAMAC) decree must host chapter support officers are required to pay for the service.
