In advance of the 2015 Balfour Leadership Training Workshop (LTW), Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters representatives are reaching out to alumni who are interested in acting as facilitators at the workshop.
In addition to attending the 2015 Balfour LTW from July 30 to Aug. 1 at Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., participants will act as mentors to the members of their breakout groups of six to eight undergraduates throughout the school year. Participants are expected to commit to serving in their roles for a minimum 18 months: six months preceding the workshop are spent on facilitator and officer training modules, while the 12 months following the workshop are spent mentoring undergraduates.

Interested parties should reach out to Matthew Coffin, DEPAUW 2013, associate director of leadership programs at Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters, at matthew.coffin@sigmachi.org, by Jan. 15, 2015.
