In order to remain in good standing with the International Fraternity, all alumni chapters, associations and clubs are required to submit their completed annual reports by Feb. 15. Reports can be submitted through Sigma Chi’s website and are vital to the Fraternity’s ability to maintain accurate records regarding the state of its alumni operations.
In addition to filing the report, alumni chapters and associations are also required to submit a $250 annual dues payment to Headquarters at the time of the report’s filing. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of the group’s voting rights until such time as the payment is made. Alumni clubs are not required to make such a payment.
