Alumni Annual Report 2013 Deadline Approaching

Attention all alumni chapter officers.
This is a reminder that the alumni chapter annual report is due Feb. 15, 2013. The report is necessary for all chapters and associations to remain in good standing with all attendant honors and privileges.
The report has been modified slightly to meet the requirements of the Fraternity’s Governing Laws. Specifically, it now asks for chapters, associations or clubs to identify any undergraduate Sigma Chi chapter within 100 miles of the chapter, association or club’s regular meeting site and notes that the $200 annual registration fee is due by Feb. 15, 2013.
Finally, be sure to submit an updated roster of all members as this is crucial in the Fraternity’s efforts to stay in touch with them.
To make the submission process easier, alumni chapter presidents will now have the ability to submit the annual report, dues payment and member rosters online. All chapter presidents will receive an email with a step-by-step guide for the submission process.
