Associate Director of Member Engagement
Lesley joined the Sigm Chi International Fraternity headquarters team in 2022 after working in student development on college campuses for the past five years. She graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where she joined Kappa Delta Sorority and worked at the National Panhellenic Conference headquarters. It was through these experiences that she discovered her passion for higher education and decided to pursue a career in the field. Lesley has a master’s degree in student affairs administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has served on a chapter advisory board for Kappa Delta and volunteered for several fraternal organizations and activities throughout her career. Lesley has a rescued racing greyhound, Luna, who keeps her active and busy (and highly entertained). In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, exploring new places and going to the beach.
Lesley is the associate director of member engagement for Sigma Chi International Fraternity headquarters. She is responsible for planning, implementing and promoting career development initiatives for all members. These initiatives include fostering professional relationships among members, providing career development education and resources, connecting members to career opportunities, and facilitating lifelong engagement in the Fraternity. She also supports the International Fraternity’s member engagement committee.
