Dakota Neff

LOYOLA (CHICAGO) 2014

Senior Director of Operations and Human Resources
(847) 425-4464

About Dakota

Dakota is a 2014 graduate of Loyola University Chicago, where he was a founding member of the Lambda Nu chapter and president of the Interfraternity Council. He also served the Fraternity’s Northern Illinois province as its representative at the 2012 Grand Council. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology, with concentrations in biostatistics and bioethics. In addition to his studies and Greek-letter involvement, he spent time researching under the director of the bioethics department at Loyola, Jennifer Parks, and was recognized by the National Council on Undergraduate Research for his work on societies’ perceptions of the transgender community. Prior to graduating from Loyola, Dakota volunteered and subsequently worked part-time as an operations assistant at International Headquarters. The choice to start working full-time for the Fraternity after graduating was a natural transition.

Dakota takes great pride in his work, and has recently become a SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources.
