Sigma Chi International Fraternity has selected 19 men for admission into the Order of Constantine, the organization’s highest honor for members who have committed decades of exemplary volunteer service to the organization. They represent heads of International Fraternity committees, house corporation presidents, Grand Praetors and longtime chapter advisors; their names are listed at the bottom of this page.
More than 740 brothers have been inducted into the Order of Constantine since its establishment at the 1948 Grand Chapter. To be considered for induction into the Order of Constantine, prospective members must have performed 20 or more years of faithful service to the Fraternity and be endorsed by five Sigma Chis for admission, at least three of whom must have been inducted into the select group in a prior year.
The 2016 honorees will either be inducted into the Order at Constantine on June 10 at Sigma Chi’s Grand Council conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago – North Shore Conference Center in Skokie, Ill., or at an event hosted by a local chapter.
