After joining the Headquarters staff in 1996, Steve served in several roles for the Fraternity, supporting a number of committees including the Leadership Training Board and the Executive Committee. He left staff in 2003 to travel, and then returned to Chicago to work with Risk Management Foundation as Managing Director. Now serving as Executive Director of RMF, Steve works extensively with Undergraduate chapter officers and house corporation officers serving as a primary resource for effective risk management practices. He also handles insurance services and litigation management for RMF members.

Steve is a founding member of the Chi Chi chapter at Birmingham-Southern College. He is a graduate of the Public Service Management program at DePaul University and a die-hard Cubs fan. His met his wife, Sarah, while working for the Headquarters staff in 1998.
