Undergraduate chapters are required to complete their semi-annual membership reports by March 15, in order to ensure that Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters maintains accurate counts of the chapter’s membership. Undergraduate officers can access the report through the Fraternity’s chapter system by logging in and clicking the button that reads “Member Reporting.”
Headquarters staff members began emailing Consuls, chapter advisors and Grand Praetors on Feb. 1, reminding them of the need to complete the semi-annual reports by the March 15 due date. Once the chapter has successfully completed the annual report, Headquarters staff will use that information to bill the chapter the appropriate amount for its applicable membership fees.
