Sigma Chi International Fraternity has announced the winner of its Dr. Henri Stegemeier Outstanding Faculty Advisor Award as Nick Stepaniak, the faculty advisor to its chapter at DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind. Stepaniak is also the university’s coordinator of fraternity life, having joined the staff in August 2015.
According to his nominator, Stepaniak has assisted the DePauw Sigs in their recruitment of new members and works with the brothers to ensure effective communication between their group and the university administration.
The Stegemeier Award is named for Order of Constantine Sig Henri Stegemeier, BUTLER 1932, who served the undergraduate chapter at the University of Illinois for more than 40 years as its faculty advisor. Nominations for the 2017 award are due March 1.
