Registration for the first-ever Virtual Krach Transformational Leaders Workshop is set to open on May 15.

A two-week online interactive officer training course, vKTLW will begin July 25 with leadership programming scheduled through August 7.

“The world is in need of transformational leaders now more than ever and while other Greek-letter organizations are cancelling their summer leadership programming, Sigma Chi is doubling down on our investment in our undergraduate leaders,” said Order of Constantine Sig and Team Krach chairman Jeff Twibell, CALIFORNIA-DAVIS 1999.

“Our leadership in Sigma Chi fully understands that our undergraduate leadership will need every values-basde tool and every educational opportunity we can muster to best pepare them for success in our new normal, and have therefore allowed Team Krach to innovate and adapt like never before.

As outlined following the latest meeting of Sigma Chi’s Executive Committee, the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic was deemed too great of a public health risk to hold an in-person event.

Thus, for just the second time ever, an in-person Krach Transformational Leaders Workshop is not possible.

The ongoing efforts of the Sigma Chi Leadership Institute and Team Krach have enabled the primary learnings associated with workshop to be delivered during this virtual setting.

Due to space limitations, only the following seven officers from each chapter are eligible to attend: Consul, Pro Consul, Quaestor, Magister, Recruitment Chairman, Risk Manager, Kustos.

Each officer must be listed within the chapter system to allow registration for vKTLW.

Added Twibell: “Great care has been taken to ensure that each and every learning opportunity is impactful, thoughtful and considerate of the time required by our undergraduate attendees and alumni facilitators. To accomplish this we have adopted a two-tiered approach of self-driven online learning and ‘in-person’ virtual small group sessions over the two-week period from late July to early August.”
