Our Purpose

The Certificate in Transformational Leadership program is comprised of 8 separate leadership certificates rooted in Sigma Chi’s four Transformational Leadership tenets: Self, Others, Action and Community. Over the course of the next year, Sigma Chi Leadership Institute board members and staff will be crafting and sculpting the certificate curriculum. SCLI has been hard at work educating a growing faculty within its Facilitator Academy so its students will have adequate mentors and teachers when the program launches in 2020.
