Our Team
Sigma Chi Leadership Institute Team:
An experienced 9-person Board of Directors.
A 12-person staff rooted in educational development & deployment.
Together, these professionals lead the instructional design & programming operations of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
The Sigma Chi Leadership Institute (SCLI) is a 501(c)(3) non-degree granting, contract training provider based in Evanston, Illinois. SCLI partners with organizations to provide leadership training to their membership at no cost to the members. SCLI has been accepted as a candidate for accreditation by MSA-CESS as a Learning Service Provider. SCLI maintains an approved exemption from state licensing under the Illinois Board of Higher Education, Private Business and Vocational Schools (PBVS) Act of 2012 (Section 30) and the Administrative Rules (Section 1095.20).
