Brayden was initiated into the Fraternity on March 17th, 2012 at the Theta Nu Chapter at Alma College. He graduated from Alma College in 2015 with a degree in Political Science. Following graduation Brayden decided to continue his education and is pursuing his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. While working towards his degree Brayden started his career working at Boys and Girls Clubs as an AmeriCorps member. Since then he has worked as a Program Coordinator and eventually as a Unit Director. Brayden started working for the Fraternity in the fall of 2018 as a Regional Chapter Support Coordinator.
As a regional chapter support coordinator, Brayden works within the undergraduate services department to provide guidance to the Fraternity’s undergraduate chapters in his region and the Fraternity at-large by assisting them and their volunteer advisors in fulfilling the goals set forth in their strategic plans. Serving as an ambassador for Sigma Chi, he works closely with the Fraternity’s Grand Praetors, or regional governors, and chapter advisors to assist the undergraduate leadership with various aspects of their chapter’s operations and facilitates relationships between the chapters and universities. Brayden oversees region 1 which includes undergraduate chapters in the Boston Harbor, Northwestern New York, Hudson Valley, Connecticut/Western Massachusetts, North Atlantic, Rhode Island and Saint Lawrence provinces.
