High Garst


High was born and grew up in Asheville, North Carolina, before beginning his undergraduate work at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. He majors in environmental science with concentrations in policy and conservation, as well as religious studies, while minoring in biology. He joined the Theta chapter of Sigma Chi on Gettysburg’s campus in the fall of 2017, and serves as the chapter’s Tribune. In his free time, High enjoys fly-fishing and kayaking, and is looking forward to discovering Chicago while he is in town for the summer.

Job Description: 

As a summer leadership intern, High works within the membership development department, and provides support for the education and leadership programs team. He focuses primarily on providing support for, and assisting in the execution of, the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop.
