Sig Named 2017 Pulitzer Prize Winner

David Fahrenthold, HARVARD 2000, won the award for national affairs reporting

In a quest to learn more about President Donald Trump’s charitable giving, David Fahrenthold, HARVARD 2000, began to report shortly after the Iowa caucuses on the money that Trump said he’d raised for veterans, according to The Washington Post, for which Fahrenthold works. Thus began a string of stories for which the reporter won the 2017 Pulitzer Prize in national reporting. The honor was announced on April 10, 2017.
