If I choose the membership with the 10-year subscription, will I still be a Life Loyal Sig at the end of the 10 years?

Yes — this plan is still a Life Loyal membership, the only difference between memberships is the length of your subscription to The Magazine of Sigma Chi.

After placing my order, how long should it take for me to receive my Life Loyal welcome package?

Between one and two weeks — we ship all Life Loyal memberships through the US Post Office, and we have to allow time for the membership cards to be delivered.

What is included in my Life Loyal welcome package?

The Life Loyal welcome package includes a limited-edition gift; a membership card; a membership certificate; a copy of the most recent issue of The Magazine of Sigma Chi; benefit information; and a Life Loyal lapel pin.

Do I have to be a Sigma Chi to buy a membership for a Sigma Chi member?

No — many family and friends of Fraternity members choose to buy a membership for the Sigma Chi in their life.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes — for orders over the phone, please call the director of membership and partnership development at Sigma Chi International Fraternity Headquarters.

 

Payment Questions

 

Can I set up a payment plan with a check?

No — In order to set up a payment plan, you will have to provide us with a credit card number, which will be automatically charged each month. If you would like to pay with a check, you must choose a paid in full option.

Can I set up a payment plan online?

No — Unfortunately, while you can enter all of your information online, you will still need to call the director of membership and partnership development to set up your payment plan.

What if the card I used for my payment plan was canceled?

If you need to change the credit card for your payment plan, please call the director of membership and partnership development. If your card expires or is declined, we will contact you.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You will be contacted by the director of membership and partnership development to address the issue. If you do not respond after multiple attempts to contact you, the membership will be canceled.

What if my membership was canceled due to missing payments and I would like to reactivate my membership?

You should call the director of membership and partnership development to pay the remaining balance on your plan; upon doing so, your membership will be reactivated.

What do I do if I lost Life Loyal lapel pin?

You can order a replacement lapel pin by calling Sigma Chi Fraternity Headquarters at (847) 869-3655.

What do I do if I lost my membership card?

In order to replace your membership card, please call the director of membership and partnership development at Sigma Chi Fraternity Headquarters at (847) 869-3655.

Can I buy the current limited-edition Life Loyal gift?

No — Unfortunately, the current Life Loyal welcome gifts may only be obtained by purchasing a new membership.
